Terms and Conditions
By subscribing to our SMS service, you agree to receive important alerts and information regarding your agricultural financing applications and accounts. This outlines your consent, data usage, frequency of messages, and how to opt-out of receiving future texts.

Ag Resource Management, LLC and its affiliates and subsidiaries, which include Ag Resource Holdings, LLC, Ag Resource Servicing, LLC, Ag Resource Insurance, LLC, and Agrifund, LLC (collectively, “ARM,” “our,” “we,” or “us”) may use text messages to inform customers about their credit application, loan-related information and servicing, or crop insurance policies. These messages are intended solely for the recipient, are confidential between ARM and the recipient and are not a promise to extend credit or a requirement for any application for extension of credit.
CONSENT TO CONTACT
Your use of the Text (SMS) Message Service (“Text Service”) constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. As a condition of using the Text Service, you represent and warrant that you will provide a valid mobile telephone number and you expressly consent to the receipt of text messages transmitted by us through your designated wireless carrier.
YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Depending on where you reside, you may have certain rights and choices regarding our processing of your personal information. These include:
- The right to know the categories and/or specific pieces of personal information collected about you, including whether that personal information is sold or disclosed and with whom it was shared;
- The right to access a copy of the personal information we retain about you;
- The right to request deletion of your personal information; and
- The right to correct your personal information.
We will verify your identity in connection with any requests and take steps designed to ensure that only you or your authorized representative can exercise these rights. If you are an authorized agent making a request, we may require and request additional information to verify you are authorized to make the request, including proof that you have power of attorney.
There may be situations where we cannot grant your request. Where we deny your request in whole or in part, we will endeavor to take steps to inform you of the denial and provide an explanation of our actions and the reasons for the denial.
We will not restrict or deny you access to our products and services because of the choices you make in connection with your personal information, but please note, certain choices may affect our ability to deliver our services. For example, if you ask us to
delete your information, you will not be able to use our transaction services. You may exercise any of your rights in relation to your personal information by contacting us using the details provided in the “Contact Us” section below.
SMS MESSAGING PRIVACY
Collection and Use of Mobile Numbers. When you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to our SMS messaging program, we will use that number to send you text messages related to your loan account(s), crop insurance policy(ies), and other service-related communications.
Consent to Receive Messages. By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from ARM. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition for obtaining a loan or insurance coverage.
- Opt-Out Rights. You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you opt out, we will send a final confirmation message and then you will receive no further SMS communications, unless you re-enroll.
- Help and Support. For assistance, reply HELP to any SMS message, or contact our Support Team at service@armlend.com or 1 (888) 706-4447.
- Security of SMS Communications. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information transmitted via SMS; however, text messaging may not be a fully secure method of communication. Please avoid sending sensitive personal
- information (such as Social Security numbers or account passwords) by SMS.
- Data Retention. We retain records of your SMS opt-in/opt-out status and message activity as required by law and for compliance purposes.
- Non-Sharing Clause. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is only shared with our SMS service provider to enable messaging.
TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (2FA)
We may use SMS text messaging to provide two-factor authentication (2FA) or other security-related communications to help protect access to your loan account(s). These messages may include verification codes or other account security prompts. You may not be able to opt out of receiving SMS messages that are necessary for authentication or security purposes. Message and data rates may apply.
REMOVAL/OPTING OUT FROM TEXT MESSAGING
If you no longer wish to receive messages through the Text Service, you may opt out at any time by sending the command STOP to the number that you received from ARM, or by contacting our Support Team at 1 (888) 706-4447 or by emailing service@armlend.com. All requests to opt out will be honored within a commercially reasonable amount of time.
AVAILABLE TEXT COMMANDS
While individual text messages from ARM may contain specific command instructions, the following commands may be used at any time to interact with the Text Service:
- STOP: By texting STOP to the number that you received from ARM, your number will be removed from text messaging notifications and campaigns.
- START: By texting START to the number that you received from ARM, you can re-enroll in messages.
- HELP: By texting HELP to the number that you received from ARM, you will be able to access information and help.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your provision of a phone number that is not your own or your violation of applicable federal, state, or local law, regulation or ordinance. Your obligation under this paragraph shall survive termination of these Terms and Conditions.
REPORT ABUSE
Text messages to ARM phone numbers are not encrypted. Do not send sensitive or nonpublic personal information to ARM in a text message. If you receive a text message purported to be from ARM that requests you send a text with sensitive or non-public personal information, please do not respond to it. Instead, contact our Support Team at 1 (888) 706-4447.
LANGUAGE
ARM’s products and services are offered in English. Any translations of text messages into other languages are intended solely as a courtesy, and not an indication that an application for credit or a loan transaction may occur in that language. If there is any discrepancy between the content of a text message communication from ARM in a language other than English, the English version will control.
