Ginny Gilbert

Ginny Gilbert, Area Manager and Crop Insurance Agent, was raised in Southeast Missouri. She attended college at Arkansas State University in Jonesboro, AR, where she still lives with her husband and daughter. Ginny has a bachelor's degree in finance and has worked in banking and finance since she was 18 years old. In February of 2015, Ginny joined ARM as the Office Manager of the Jonesboro office. She has worked in multiple positions at ARM during her 8 years, including Credit Analyst, Crop Insurance Agent, and Sr. Loan Officer. Ginny currently acts as the Area Manager for ARM - Jonesboro and services Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri.

Marley Rhoades

Marley Rhoades, Loan Officer and Crop Insurance Agent, grew up in rural Northeast Arkansas. While her family was not directly involved in agriculture, she grew up surrounded by it. She loved watching the cycle of row crops being planted, grown, and harvested in her backyard, and knew from a young age that she had a passion for agriculture.

Rhoades earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business from Arkansas State University in 2014 and has worked in agricultural lending since graduating. She joined the Jonesboro ARM team in 2017 as an Office Manager and has also served as a Credit Analyst, gaining valuable experience in agricultural finance and lending.
