Michael Meil
Senior Loan Officer Michael Meil has a passion for serving farmers, rooted in his upbringing on his family's farm in the Texas Panhandle. He joined ARM in 2020 after spending 10 years in commercial banking.
Michael earned his BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University and serves on the boards of Access Community Credit Union and Faith City Mission. He is also a member of Trinity Fellowship Church.
Michael and his wife, Samarah, co-own Amarillo Travel Network and enjoy exploring the world with their daughter, Journey.
Kolby Minshew
Loan Officer Kolby Minshew has spent the past seven years working alongside farmers and ranchers across the region, helping finance their operations season after season. A graduate of West Texas A&M University with a degree in Agricultural Business, Kolby understands both the numbers and the day-to-day realities of agriculture.
He has been married to his wife, Haley, for nearly seven years. Outside of work, Kolby enjoys playing golf and traveling whenever he gets the chance.
